It's common to hear that company's put a customer at the heart of the business, but this is something that these bookmakers have focused on since their creation. They have been innovators in their field for a number of years and are the kind of company to re-write the rules and question the cliches. Since the boom of the digital age they have lead the industry in developing online and retail betting and it's all focused around customers value as well as pleasure - and as a company, they've given their employees the opportunity to have a good time along the way!
Beneath the exterior of a fun and innovative company to work for, they take analytics extremely seriously, especially in an industry underpinned by risk and probability and so they use a variety of methods day to day to plan their spend, assess their performance and beat the competition.
As Senior Analyst, they're looking for you to bring your intellectual horse power and natural curiosity to the team. Due to the breadth of focus on the team, your role could focus on anything from new products, campaign analysis, marketing spend or may even revolve around the ROI. Critical to your role is the road map moving forward, something you will pay a big part in, especially given that this sits within a multi-channel area of the business.
