A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit an Interim Senior Analyst, Dashboard / Analytical Tool Developer, to join an experienced analytical team. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone to join a company that highly value their staff. You will be working closely with Analysts and taking responsibility for developing predictive models and reporting tools. The role is based on site at their modern offices on the outskirts of Southampton. This is initially a 4 month assignment.
This role offers a good variety as you will be responsible for developing the forecast and analysis tools used by the analytical and commercial teams. Responsibilities will include:
To build and develop predictive models and analytical tools
Development of dashboards
Testing and debugging of tools and models
Ensure that models facilitate and ever evolving commercial strategy
Assist in the Automation of systems and help drive process improvement
To build and maintain strong working relationships with other internal departments
The Ideal Candidate
For the role you would ideally be educated to degree level or similar. You must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and also be proficient with VBA, Access and SQL. You must be able to demonstrate a solid working experience of creating models and analytical tools. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate findings.
You must be available to start at short notice and happy to commit to the duration of the assignment.
