Position: Senior Analyst/ Administrator (Data Privacy/ GDPR)

Duration: 3 months

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Bristol

Kinect’s international consultancy client based in Bristol has an immediate requirement for an established Senior Analyst to join its team to assist the business with its Data Privacy Compliance Programme

Responsibilities

  • Team Administration

  • Assist and take responsibility for elements of the Data Privacy Compliance Programme (as part of meeting GDPR and other compliance Requirements)

  • Assist Head of Data Privacy

  • Assist in informing, advise and issue recommendations to Data Protection Queries from internal stakeholders on global Data Privacy and Personal Data Processing and Protection requirements

  • Assist Data Privacy engagement for External bids and Projects

  • Assist in compliance gap analysis and readiness assessments

  • Creation of global documentation, Guidance Notes, Privacy Notices, Privacy Statements, SOPs, work instructions and guidance notes

  • Assist with managing Subject Access Requests and other data subject requests

  • Assist with the completion of Data Processing Mapping

  • Assist in creating the reporting on Compliance Status and Risk from Privacy Management Software

Requirements

  • Ability to research and distil information to advise on data privacy issues;

  • Understanding of international and European data protection laws and practices and an in-depth understanding of the GDPR preferable;

  • Experience in compliance, legal, IT, data or project fields preferable

  • Integrity and high professional ethics;

  • Ability to handle information and business affairs with secrecy and confidentially as appropriate;

  • Must be pragmatic with the ability to communicate effectively with the management within the organization;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, across national boundaries and cultures;

Adequate self-awareness and confidence to acknowledge knowledge gaps and seek to fill them from reliable sources
