I am currently looking to recruit Senior Administrator to work in a well-established company in Clifton
Salary £26,000
Hour of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm very flexible on the hours
You will oversee all the admin of the office as well as supporting 3 directors with their work diary management
You will assist the Bristol based members of the Management Committee in administrative functions necessary to their positions, including managing and maintaining their calendars, scheduling appointments, booking travel, completing expenses and expense approvals, preparing presentations, organising events and meetings
o Arranging travel and accommodation
o Expenses for all staff
o Note taking/minuting as required at meetings specified by Management Committee members
o Screening phone calls and directing phone calls appropriately
o Producing documents, reports and presentations on behalf of Management Committee members
o Organising meetings for Directors ensuring they have all resources required
o Work across the EA/PA Support team to support others
o Additional tasks for the Management Committee members on an ad hoc basis
Office Management
o Manage overall office operations at the Bristol Central Support Office
o Field all central telephone calls and direct as appropriate
o Responsible for managing all aspects of daily office operations, including coordinating office space for staff, meeting rooms, ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
o Ensure Head Office is presented to a high standard of tidiness and resolve any issues if necessary
o Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, to include any catering requirements
o Manage and order all stationery (general and Ops), along with office suppliers
o Daily office tasks including birthday cards, distributing the milk, keeping the kitchens tidy, assisting with adding new starters to the entry system and office maintenance
o Ensure all office furniture and machinery is fit for purpose and maintained in good working order, including franking machine, photocopier/printers and fax.

o Deal with incoming and outgoing post, including co-ordination of couriers and collections and deliveries as appropriate
o Liaise with Buildings Manager to maintain a comprehensive Health & Safety policy for the offices and ensure all staff are aware of all H&S procedures to include an induction programme, training and on-going specialist training in fire and first aid procedures etc.
o Provide support setting up company events
o Oversee company archiving and arrange additional services, when required
