Public Sector organisation is looking for an administrator to come and support on a temporary basis
The responsibilities of the Temporary Business Administrator will be -
To answer email and telephone queries
To answer phone and support as required
To register new customers onto the system
To act as a liaison between the supplier and the business regarding queries and issues on the system. This will include the logging of problems with supplier through their online system
The Temporary Business Administrator will have/be -
Background in office environment and administration
Query handling and resolution experience
Ability to meet tight deadlines
