Platinum Recruitment Group are a Recruitment Partner to an entrepreneurial Financial Services organisation in Sale. This is a business that have grown in head count from five staff to one hundred in three years - therefore have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator.
They require an Administrator to take control of the support function alongside the Office Manager; managing correspondence between third parties & the sales staff, ensuring sales statistics are reported, customer information is obtained & ensuring compliance is adhered to across the whole business.
Joining this business, you will have Director level support where you will have exposure to strategy plans to grow the business & will be recognised in this business as an influential figure.
As the business have a growth plan in place for the next five years, their plans mean you will have the opportunity to build a team underneath you or become the Directors P.A. within 12 months because they have recognised this development path within their succession plan for 2019-2020.
