To provide a high quality service to all residents as part of the Housing team, providing administrative support to team and wider colleagues.
To provide a prompt, seamless support service to customers as part of the operational team
Acting as the first local point of contact and dealing with customer enquires taking ownership to ensure a resolution based approach to the query
To ensure all records relevant to the role, whether computerised or manual, are accurate and up to date
Collaborate with internal colleagues and teams and external agencies to ensure prompt,
customer focused turnaround of vacant properties and mutual exchange applications
To maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections
Collate and present data relating to performance and other housing management functions as directed by Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Services Manager
Participate in initiatives relating to housing management patch, supporting the wider agenda and strategies of Circle Housing
To assist in arrangements for local community and resident involvement meetings and events
Good numeracy, literacy and communication (written and verbal) skills
Good level of IT proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service
 Personal effectiveness ability to write clear, accurate and concise records with the ability to analyse data from a variety of sources
 Able to identify own development needs and seeks out opportunities to improve the service
Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English Language and Maths
