Senior Administrator

Our client, a high profile and successful company are looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate and efficient Senior Administrator. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, the successful applicant will have a proven background within an administrative role together with the ability to handle a heavy workload effectively, prioritise and multi task and maintain the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for producing daily and monthly reports for the Management Teams, using Microsoft packages and an in house CRM. A high and proficient knowledge of Excel is needed demonstrating large scale mail merge, formulas, conditioning formatting etc.

A strong disposition, corporate outlook and professional manner together with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential. A background in HR would be advantageous but not essential.
