Are you looking for a Senior Administration role?

Good news! I am currently recruiting for an Office Support Assistant to work with my client in a busy organisation based in Leeds City Centre. The role is initially a temporary role until the end of the year, however may have an opportunity to go long term. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Main duties will include:
-Administration support to the appointments team
-Sourcing CV's, short listing and referencing
-Contacting clients to make diary appointments
-General office based duties, including maintaining databases
-Research work
-Collating and creating information for distributing material at events
-Photocopying and sending out material
-Occasional bookings of transport and hotel

Essential skills include:
-Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
-A team player
-Organisational Skills
-Having great attention to detail
-Being flexible
-Being able to prioritise workload
-Able to work under pressure to deadlines
