Our client, specialist in their field and based in Colerne, Wiltshire is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09.00 - 1700

Responsibilities:

* To ensure high standards of customer service, productivity and accuracy are achieved at all times

* To update appropriate databases/spreadsheets

* Maintain/exceed excellent service at all times

* Respond to customer queries and escalate queries and enquiries if required.

* To take responsibility of issues within team/department and resolve effectively

Required skills:

* Attention to detail and accuracy are critical

* experience of working in a pressured office environment with accurate data entry and relevant warehouse operation experience

* Excellent communication skills
