A senior administration role in Easton, Bristol to work for a charity on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new company
You will be working for a charity that has been established for 30 years within the Bristol area that are currently growing. You would be working in a smaller office with 8 other colleagues which means you will work closely with all the staff in the company. They are currently recruiting for another member of staff to support the company's growth.
Your new role
You will be working as a senior administrator and some of your responsibilities include: general administration, inbound and outbound calls, data entry, health and safety, process financial paperwork, input invoices, assist recruitment and ensure the office is running smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong administration skills and have had a role similar in the past year. You will need to organised and be able to prioritise workload efficiently. To be successful you will need to have good IT skills as the company uses various different systems.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £21,000 and the role is temporary to permanent after three months. You will receive on the job training and have opportunity for progression in the future.
