Key Responsibilities Include-
-Reviewing reports and proposals to ensure there are consistent and adhere to company standards.
-Archiving and filing paper and electronic documents.
-Arranging meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
-Be flexible and adaptable to provide cover and assist where possible.
-Dealing with customer enquires professionally and effectively.
-Supporting staff by creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate that you can priotise, be organised and proactive.
You must also be a confident user of all Microsoft Office Programmes.
