Senior Administrator

Rotherwood Recruitment is working in partnership with a well established local client, due to expansion they are recruiting for an Senior Administrator.

We’re looking for an individual who has previous & recent experience within an Admin / Credit Control environment who is looking for the opportunity to grow their career and be a vital part of the continuing growth of the business.

Reporting to the Managing Director -

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to;

• Ensure the smooth running of the day to day office operations

• Using Sage on a daily basis, Credit control and chasing invoices

• Ensuring the office is equip with everything needed, keeping an inventory of stock

• Assisting the Managing Director with any administration duties

• Control of the post and stationary

• Taking incoming calls and dealing with them appropriately

• Provisioning - basic credit control. (SAGE experience is advantageous) The Successful candidate will have;

• A good understanding of Management, payroll, credit control or administration

• Excellent Administration skills

• Excellent Leadership skills

• Excellent IT skills and confident with Microsoft packages

• Experience with sage is an advantage

• Organised and analytical individual

• A keen eye for detail

• A business driven mind
