Senior Administrator/PA

Our client is seeking an experience Administrator who can hit the ground running in this varied and exciting position!

Location: Shardlow - Junction 24 of the M1

Salary: £9.74 per hour

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Duration: Initially 4 weeks - ongoing contract with the potential to go Permanent

Start: 14th May 2018

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Finance Admin - Scanning/Sending paper invoices; Coordinating with relevant line managers to authorise expense claims
  • Collating full list of required equipments and ordering in a cost effective manner
  • Attend meetings and taking minutes
  • Providing support to the Operations Manager
  • General office Admin duties - filing/scanning/photocoyping
  • Other ad hoc duties

Experience / Skills / Qualities

  • HR/Admin previous experience would be of benefit
  • Current DBS would also be a benefit
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with all types of personalities
  • Excellent PC skills with competency in Word, Excel and Access
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment and maintains a positive, 'can do’ attitude
  • Flexible with ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to any situation or change in priorities
  • Can take ownership
  • Ability to use own initiative
