The Job Purpose:
To provide a first class, professional customer service, (via phone, email or letter), to our customers.
To ensure that all queries are dealt with accurately, timely and captured accordingly for reporting / analytical purposes.
To take ownership of issues and resolve effectively through constructively challenging the status quo leading to improvements.
To assist the Team Leader / Supervisor ensuring KPIs are achieved through effectively dealing with both general and complex queries / issues / situations due to in-depth knowledge of business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1)To establish excellent working relationships and partnerships with both customers and colleagues. Professional interaction with customers and staff at all times.
2)Consistent excellent customer service maintained through accurate, timely and professional handling of complaints/complex queries in writing or on the phone
3)To pro-actively and constructively challenge all processes to ensure most effective procedures are applied.Implementation of effective improvements.
4)Full compliance with HMRC and DPA regulations100% compliance
5)To be a point of contact for training and complex queries from other staff members
Provides technical support across the business and supports training of other staff.
6)To ensure full compliance with the Company's Health and Safety policyAll hazards, risks and accidents reported immediately.
7)To be an advocate of the Company's PrinciplesContinuous visible demonstration of principles
8)To accurately execute any other responsibility/activity as and when required
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with both customers and Operations
Working times- 37.5 hours a week 9am - 17.30pm
* Experience of working in a pressurised office environment with accuracy and experience
*Knowledge of warehousing and logistics beneficial
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail are critical
*Positive, proactive approach essential
*Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Preferably educated to degree level however a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent
