This is a busy and varied role coordinating between the contractor and tenants.
You will need an understanding / knowledge of contract procurement and framework agreements and domestic and commercial heating systems knowledge would be an advantage due to this being the main improvement currently takng place.
You will be highly customer focused when supporting tenants via phone and email and the role may at times involve visiting properties therefore a car/driving licence is essential.
It is essential you are confident on computerswith good knowledge of MS Word and Excel as you will be raising work orders and allocations on databases and spreadsheets.
You will be matching expenditure to contracts.
You must have a good telephone manner and be confident speaking to tenants.
