Working within a friendly team your role as an Accounts Team member will involve -
- Taking accounts up to Trial balance
- Supervising and organising the day-to-day work of the accounts team
- Reconciling nominal accounts
- Banking of cheques
- Allocating receipts to the sales ledger
- Processing sales invoices
- Receiving and processing invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- Assisting with the payroll when needed
- General finance administration duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing & Personable
