I am currently working with a fantastic firm in St Helens who are looking for a Senior Accountant to work with their high worth clients in a team of 7.
The firm itself is a mid-tier with 3 directors and a varied range of staff offering a wide range of business services from bookkeeping to corporate finance to OMB, Sole Traders, Not For Profit and Limited Company clients. Located in the heart of St Helens with excellent transport links it has been established for 50 years they encourages continued professional development and offer internal career progression and study support if required.
You will be looking after a portfolio of clients of high net worth individuals and companies from a variety of sectors including Charity, Solicitors and Doctors. You are encouraged to build strong relationships with your clients in order to offer them the best advice tailored to their individual needs, this is an exciting role that will see you working with a wide mix of needs that will really stretch your skills.
The ideal candidate will –
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a practice environment
• Able to produce a full set of accounts
• Experience in the production of management accounts
• Either Part Qualified or Qualified ACA or ACCA
• Work well to and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed and driven attitude.
