Job description - Senior Account Manager
In this Account Management job, you will be in charge of managing a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for building strong relationships with these clients. You will get the chance to build out your own team of account managers and junior account managers. You'll be responsible for this team and its success, ensuring your team members deliver solutions that meet your client's needs whilst identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop strategies. Key responsibilities - Senior Account Manager
In this Senior Account Manager opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

* Building out a team of capable Account Managers for your team
* Organising your team to ensure that we are being as efficient and effective as possible
* Executing a high-level strategy for household brands, which the team will then implement
* Proactive management of client relationships - regularly engaging with clients, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with their business goals
* Monthly reporting of KPIs - you must have an eye for analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients so they know about all the great stuff the company is doing
* The briefing, creating, and approving of creative - scheduling content and boosting content through paid advertising

Job requirements - Senior Account Manager

* 1-2 years experience working in Digital Marketing/Social Media Agency in a managerial position - ideally with an additional 2 years working within the sector
* An in-depth understanding of both organic and paid social, as well as an understanding of the broader marketing sphere
* A strong, clear presence in meetings - steering the meeting and showing expertise
* Good copywriting and proofreading skills, as well as analytical skills - you'll be required to create proposals whilst forecasting budgets and performance
* A forward thinker, super organized, and a great communicator
