About The Senior Account Manager Role
As the new Senior Account Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and client servicing skills in an established recruitment solutions environment. Working in conjunction with the sales team you'll be responsible for a 360 input to client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Account Manager Role:
* Calculatedly develop and grow key accounts within FTSE 100 clients
* Strategically manage and effectively present sales forecasts accurately
* Create customer focused recruitment solution proposals and prospective sales presentations
* Actively seek out and attain new business and beat financial targets
If you are currently in an Account manager role or are currently working as a Business Development Manager this is the ideal next step in your Recruitment Solutions Sales career.
Desirable Skills and Competencies of the Senior Account Manager role:
* 3-5+ years successfully winning and managing client revenue in a related business line
* Some experience in a relevant industry to recruitment solutions is preferred
* Ideally of graduate calibre
* Strong abilities to effectively and strategically deliver sales proposals
* Self-motivated with an insatiable drive to earn money
The Senior Account Management role receives a highly competitive salary paying from £30,000 to £70,000 + 30k OTE depending on experience and excellent company benefits. Along with this you get to work with an exciting and dynamic team in amazingly vibrant London offices.
