Our client based in Seaham is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their busy team, reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will also have two direct reports.
As the Senior Account Manager, you will effectively manage all client accounts following handover from the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximum account retention rates. You will maximise the value of all accounts, network effectively and exceed targets.
- Manage all aspects of the full client relationship and account ensuring client requirements are met or exceeded at all stages
- Input into customer service strategy
- Develop growth plans for individual accounts
- Actively review and revisit performance criteria
- Deliver 3 month rolling forecast of expected sales.
The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements and have previous Account Management experience, be able to negotiate effectively and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
