Senior Account Manager

Our clients are among the most experienced and sophisticated marketers in the IT and Services industries. They look to us to deliver integrated marketing programmes that really make a difference to their business results (often changing the way that marketing is delivered and perceived).

Key Deliverables in role:

  • Maintain exceptional day-to-day client relationships. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ objectives and recommend sound marketing solutions to meet them
  • Own the planning and briefing phase of specific campaigns. Own the delivery of complex programmes - driving progress, ensuring issues are resolved and managing a matrix team
  • Lead and motivate a virtual team working on each programme to develop and deliver client programmes alongside you
  • Project manage campaigns to time and to budget
  • Effectively report back to client on campaign and programme effectiveness
  • Provide solid coaching and mentoring to junior account staff, including delivering timely feedback, ensuring they have the opportunity to stretch & develop

Objectives for next 12 months:

  • Build strong relationships across client accounts
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes
  • Ensure 'purple’ delivery across all aspects of account

Challenges for role:

  • Managing a number of client campaigns to time and budget
  • Relationship building - developing valuable long term relationships on accounts
  • Effectively managing and prioritising time to delivery projects and delight clients
