Senior Account Manager -Ecommerce

Rocking Zebra recruitment are recruiting for experienced Ecommerce Senior Account Manager to join an awarding digital agency based near Oxford.
You will be arriving at a very exciting time of agency expansion.
Your role will be a blend of senior level relationship management (for some of the tier 1 clients and retailers), leadership, strategy and financial management.
Challenged by evaluating client’s needs and their aspirations you will be executing strategic plans and supporting the delivery team in the successful engagement of both B2B/B2C and eCommerce build projects whilst maintaining key profitability and driving additional revenue via:
Creation of trust through solid relationship management of client stakeholders
Identification and perusal of cross and upsell opportunities for revenue growth
Undertaking review meetings, roadmaps, performance and strategy reviews
Working with sales, project and support managers to ensure smooth on-boarding and the effective delivery of SLAs
Looking for continual improvement and feedback with suggestions to the internal teams
We are looking for:-
You will be naturally commercially savvy
Passionate with expert knowledge of the digital and eCommerce industry
Positive attitude with high levels of personal motivation
Minimum of 5 years working within a digital agency
Experience of working with eCommerce, medium to enterprise CMS and associated marketing technology platforms
Excellent MS Office product skills
A high standard of written language and numeric analytical proficiency
Good meeting / minute / contact reporting
Excellent organisational and time management
Presentation experience and excellent negotiation skills
