The requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in an Account Manager, European Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, Business Development Manager position related to semiconductor equipment/ automation, or wafer handling robotics systems
  • You will have current experience of either selling directly to Semiconductor equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or end users
  • Established relationships within the semiconductor and/or adjacent market
  • Understanding of factory processes related to the Semiconductor industry is an advantage
  • Full & valid driving licence and valid passport to travel regularly in Europe
  • Demonstrated strong will to understand customers, market dynamics and future trends
  • Experience of MS Office required

The role:

  • As the Senior Account Manager for my client’s Semiconductor Automation Equipment Group, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for major multinational Semiconductor Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) based in Europe such as STM, Infineon, Bosch and GlobalFoundries, ASML and Axtron to name just a few
  • Working from your home office you are responsible for the overall sales strategies and results
  • Plan and direct all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies
  • Establishes short and long-term objectives, strategies and tactics in line with corporate objectives
  • Manages all sales related facets of strategic alignment, relationship management, sales process and engagement
  • Develops an integrated relationship model and sales approach that can allow Brooks to partner with the key account in a performance-based delivery model
  • Provides comprehensive reports regularly
  • Development of market requirements and sales plans; establish both market and target customer strategies
  • Succinctly define new business opportunities, articulate business cases and drive effective decisions across senior management
  • Responsible for successfully managing the needs of customers in order to meet the company's overall business plans and strategies
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of Semiconductor products and solutions to customer needs
