Forward Role are excited to be working exclusively on this brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to be part of an ambitious B2B digital marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester. Having recently won a number of clients they are looking for a talented Account Manager to lead their client services function. As Senior Digital Account Manager you will be the next key hire in the growth of the agency and will be responsible for dealing directly with a number of clients, ensuring they are kept fully updated with project progress. The agency focuses on content led marketing, web builds and marketing automation.

As Senior Account Manager you will be working with the client direct to ensure that projects meet delivery dates and tasks are delegated accordingly. A flair for project management would be ideal! This role would suit an Account Manager looking to step up or a Senior Account Manager looking for a new agency challenge.

You will work in a great co-working enviornment in a brand new office space in the heart of Manchester city centre where flexible working and working from home is the norm. This agency is a fun social team and so are looking for someone proactive and excellent with communication, who would love the opportunity to be a key voice for the agency in client meetings.


  • A genuine interest in B2B
  • The ability to drive a project to completion - keeping the client on-track
  • Commercial marketing skills e.g. the ability to translate strategy into practical implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with and advise clients at a senior level
  • An ability to turn a campaign or project into clear briefs for the team
