Senior Account Manager (Digital)
Works closely with: Project Management Teams
Will also interact with: Design, UX, Development, Sales and Marketing Teams
3+ years managing accounts within a digital agency
Work with Google analytics to an advanced level
Excellent communication skills across all levels and a strong customer service focus
Strong technical understanding of digital marketing channels
Proven relationship management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Managing upsell and commercial opportunities
Experience in digital media planning
Experience with analytical tools
You will be a self driven, proactive thinker with a passion for customer service. You will be aligned to the companies goals and objectives, and as well as living and breathing the agency ethos, you will be eager to learn from the vast experience on offer. You will show the initiative to get things done and being a team player you will endeavour to help others succeed. You will have a passion and knowledge of new and emerging trends in the Digital space so you have a wealth of knowledge to help your clients. Strong sales skills combined with a consultative approach will be required to successfully advise and sell your clients the best possible solution for their requirements.
