Our Central Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a Senior Account Development Executive. Main Objective: Plan and deliver comprehensive support for clients through their Business or Account Development Director /Manager. Support the Account Support Manager in the day to day activities of the Team, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service. Knowledge, skills, experience Proven success in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously Experience of face to face client relationship management supported by multiple channels of communication; email, telephone etc Previous experience in mapping requirements for clients Experience manipulating and interpreting data Intermediate level of Microsoft Office packages and Adobe Acrobat Success in building and managing face to face client relationships is preferable Experience and proven knowledge in copy writing is desirable Responsibilities and accountabilities Support clients with related benefits programmes Agree promotional activity schedules with clients and drive promotional activity Assist with specification and design of the client hub including client visits Support day to day activities of the Team Ensure fulfilment of all client voucher orders Liaise with clients and Account Support Manager to obtain accurate specification for the production of all types of benefits programmes inclusive of corporate ID, content, communications and delivery Agree project plans and liaise directly with clients throughout programme Liaise with third party suppliers, and printers for the production of all benefits programmes Work effectively with appropriate areas of the business to ensure all legal and compliance elements are satisfied for all parties involved Fulfil Ad hoc duties in regards to clients; raising PO’s, contract alerts, client queries Work closely with Location Management to ensure delivery of benefit programmes in line with client expectations Support the Account Support Manager in the day-to-day running of the team and manage the team in the absence of the Account Support Manager Train, coach and develop Account Development Executives, particularly supporting new members of the team to get them up to speed. Be point of escalation for the Account Development Executive Team Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles. Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements
