Senior Account Delivery Consultant
£25-30,000 base plus OTE £45-50,000
My client is a recruitment business specialising in the energy and utilities sectors. Their methodology for recruitment stems from the belief in tailored solutions and out of the box thinking.
180 Recruiter, supporting a utilities contract, placing a large volume of contractors on site.
No business development required, however account management and support to expand the account would be required.
Plenty of candidate attraction, candidate liaison and candidate management - to include full cycle from interview to offer to notice management.
Working alongside senior account manager with some client facing meetings to attend as required.
Must have recruitment experience
Must have a good networking capability with an already established Linked IN profile.
Be able to work alongside fellow recruiters in a supporting capacity
Have previous head-hunting skills and knowledge of how to find hard to reach candidates.
