Our client is a Microsoft Gold specialists looking for a senior 3rd Line analyst wanting to progress into a technical consultant position. The 3rd Line Analyst will have a passion for tech and love to stay on top of the game and is excited at the prospect of learning more.

The 3rd Line Analyst will be using the latest cutting-edge technology providing the best service in the market. There is a huge list of technology covered, from Exchange to Windows Server to Citrix, Managed networking and security-as-a-service, MDM/EMM, Hyper V, SQL etc.

Almost all the company's business comes through word-of-mouth, thanks to a reputation in the legal market they provide managed services to the legal sector, primarily Virtual Private Cloud, IT support, consultancy and strategy.
Due to rapid growth, new clients and working on new projects with existing clients. They are currently looking for an additional Technical Consultant to join a team of 7 and maintain high standard of service, meeting each customer's needs.
There is a client facing aspect to the role, technical consultants will be spending time onsite. Regardless of whether it is a new or existing customer, a technical consultant will be responsible for mapping out the current infrastructure and systems and taking requirements directly from the customer.

Essential Skills:
- Prior experience in Hyper-V private cloud builds
- Experience with, Exchange servers, migration of servers and extensive troubleshooting skills
- Projects using Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
- An excellent communicator who is confident in writing coherent documentation and excellent time management skills
