Vacancy: Special Needs Teaching Assistant (1 to 1 with a child in Year 2)

My client is a primary school based in Mansfield and they are looking for a teaching assistant with special needs experience to come and join them from as soon as possible. You would be working with a Year 2 child who has mild autism in a 1:1 setting as well as helping them in the mainstream class room setting.
We are looking to recruit someone who:
§Has an NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
§Has recent experience of employment as a Teaching Assistant
§Has experience working in special needs either in a SEN school or mainstream environment
§Is highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop new skills
§Is keen to work as part of a team and have good communication skills
