If this sounds like you, then this may be the perfect role! We are looking for an outdoor learning Tutor for a special educational needs school in the Essex area. You will be aiming to improve the learning, development and behaviour of SEN children in an outdoor setting.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Using different outdoor environments to enhance learning and development
-Monitor and improve behaviour
-Encourage students to think reflectively about their learning
-Take on a coaching role for small groups or individual learners
An ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities?
-A Thurrock MIDAS certificate
-Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
-Ability to be reflective and self-evaluate
-Have experience in and have an understanding of SEN settings
