Monarch Education are currently working alongside several regular using SEN Schools in the Derby area who regularly require staff to support their students on longer term basis.

Currently, we are having a large recruitment drive to provide the school with quality and talented Teaching Assistants to support students with a variety of social, emotional and physical needs.

Should you possess the relevant experience within a education environment, I would be keen to speak with you regarding supporting my school

The pupils have a variety of needs including:
* VI (Visual Impairment)
* SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs)
* ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition)
* SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs)
* MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
* SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
* PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
* ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)
* Epilepsy
* Down Syndrome

We are looking for dedicated and experienced candidates to work with these students.

Working within this school you will have a wide variety of opportunities and the chance to work with an experienced team. The staff aim to promote their pupil's pathway to independence in learning and life skills.

This school has a consistent behaviour approach, including a behaviour team and a space for the pupils to access and using calming/sensory activities.
