
Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join specialist SEN schools in Norwich. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role starting ASAP, supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD and communication difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner with strong SEN experience who is passionate about helping children access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a specialist setting.
The schools are looking for patient, resilient and proactive TAs who can provide consistent, high-quality support and build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.

Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
Full time/part-time - Full time, Monday-Friday
Minimum rate of pay - £90-£110 per day
Hours - School hours (approx. 8:30am - 3:30pm)
Experience working with SEN (essential)
Experience within SEN schools or specialist provisions (highly desirable)
Understanding of behaviour strategies, sensory needs and differentiated support
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
Relevant TA/SEN qualifications (desirable)
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional child-related references
