The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with:

Autism (ASC)

ADHD

Speech, language & communication needs
-
Social, emotional & mental health needs (SEMH)

Moderate learning difficulties (MLD)
You will be supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, build independence, and develop confidence within a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide tailored support to meet individual learning needs

Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering differentiated activities

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Support pupils in developing social and communication skills

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
