Contract: Flexible working pattern, temporary ongoing
School: SEN and inclusive mainstream schools across Mansfield
Pay: £88.94 - £100 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications & client rate available, inclusive of holiday pay)
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, social and emotional needs, and learning difficulties. You'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide targeted, individualised support that helps pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about inclusion and want to make a real difference in the lives of young people in Mansfield.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
? Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN (essential).
? Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
? Knowledge of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties.
? Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
? Strong teamwork and communication skills.
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
