Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant | Hinckley | £95-£105 per day

We're currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time in schools across Hinckley. This role is open to candidates confident in either primary or secondary settings and passionate about helping students thrive.
About the Role:
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Hinckley and surrounding areas Pay: £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP or when you're available Contract Type: Ongoing, long-term
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or physical disabilities Delivering 1:1 or small group support in the classroom
Helping students access learning in line with their EHCPs Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Supporting emotional regulation and social development
About You:
Experience working with SEN students in a school or care setting is essential Confident working in either primary or secondary school environments Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a proactive attitude Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Team Teach, Autism Awareness) are an advantage but not essential
