We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Support: Provide tailored support for pupils with autism and significant social and emotional needs, helping them navigate daily activities and fostering a sense of independence.

Learning Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to deliver a curriculum focused on developing practical skills and knowledge, preparing students for adulthood.

Social & Emotional Development: Encourage positive social interactions and support emotional regulation, helping students build confidence and resilience.
What We're Looking For:

Experience with SEN: Previous experience working with children or young adults with autism and emotional challenges.

Compassion and Patience: A genuine desire to help students reach their potential, demonstrating empathy and a calm, supportive approach.

Commitment to Growth: Eagerness to be part of a learning environment that values the holistic development of each student.
