Bridge Education are looking to appoint experienced support staff for SEMH Schools is the Blackpool area.

SEN Teaching Assistant ,Special Support Assistant & Graduates
Working Hours: Full Time (8:30-3:30* / Mon-Fri)

Are you looking for a new position as a TA in the Blackpool area?
Are you a youth worker or residential children's home worker?

If so, then I would love to hear from you, especially if you have additional skills such as:

- Mechanics

- Construction

- Boxing/Martial Arts

- Cheffing


These roles will be full time for the right candidate and could become a permanent position.

The ideal teaching assistant will:


- Have experience of supporting children with a wide range of behavioural challenges.

- Have experience of working in a school or with young people

- Know how to build a positive relationship with challenging young adults and not take things personally.

- Be passionate about SEMH and making a difference to young people's lives.

- Have knowledge of various strategies involved with 1:1 support
