SEN Teaching Assistants required for Newbury
At Reed we are a highly committed and experienced team that want to help place you in a SEN teaching assistant job that suits your needs.

We work with a wide variety of schools throughout Berkshire and are looking for SEN teaching assistants for temporary, long term and permanent assignments.

SEN experience in an education setting is ideal but not essential, this is because attitude and flexibility are the most important attributes. The reason for this is because a positive attitude with both children and staff and a willingness to learn will help the school to mould you into a very strong teaching assistant that is providing the best possible support to students and staff alike.

Our team is made up of an ex-teacher and qualified SEN sports coach with a collective 3.5 years in education recruitment. We know what schools are looking for and provide assistance going through our screening process, interview preparation and a professional yet personal service throughout your employment.

What we will give you
 We can tailor work to your needs, as work is available from 1-5 days, so it can be personalised to your requirements.
 You will work closely with a partnership of strong specialist SEN consultants to guide and advise you with your career choices.
 Professional development including Team Teach training.
 Competitive pay with weekly online time sheets.

What we require from you

 Right to work in the UK
 Enhanced DBS
 2 references
