This is an exciting opportunity for a Primary SEN TA to join this overall Ofsted graded “Good” school in Greenwich. This is a Long-term position starting Immediately for the right candidate!

Are you an experience Teaching assistant looking for a new challenge to progress within your career in education? Do you have experience and a keen desire to support children with SEN (Special educational needs)?

This SEN Primary Teaching Assistant position will require you get the classroom ready for lessons, listening to children read or reading to them, assist children with special educational needs and help the teacher plan lessons and prepare teaching materials.

This is an overall Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school with over 500 pupils enrolled and is a 3-form entry primary school. This is an inclusive and ambitious school catering for children between the ages of three and eleven. This school has been commended on their happy and welcoming community with is focused on learning in a rich and stimulating environment within the borough of Greenwich. They have been recognized for their outstanding work in the arts with a remarkable Head teacher who is privileged to lead such a creative and dedicated team of pupils and staff.

To join the Day Webster team and be successful in this Primary Teaching Assistant position you will need to:
  • Bachelor Degree or Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSEs (A* to C) in English and Maths
  • Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations
