Prospero Teaching are proudly recruiting two full time Teaching Assistant positions.

The two form entry primary school in Oldham (OL9) would like to offer the opportunity for two enthusiastic SEN Teaching assistants to join their successful and hardworking team in September.

The successful candidates will provide overall classroom assistance, but priority will be needed on a 1:1 basis with two pupils with SEN.
The posts are full time and will run until the end of the academic year.

The Role;
*Work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with physical disabilities.
*Work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 6 pupil with challenging behaviour
*Be able to set clear boundaries but build positive relationships with pupils
*Team Teach is highly desirable

The large primary school is located in Oldham and services the surrounding areas. As such the school has a large intake of international new arrivals as well as having its own behaviour unit.

As an inclusive school the school places great pride in supporting all children from a wide variety of backgrounds. The ideal teaching assistant will be comfortable with supporting pupils with SEN.
