This is a full time position working full time Monday to Friday in the first instance until the end of July - however there is an opportunity for the right candidate to continue within the role into the new academic year.
We are looking for an inspirational candidate, somebody who can build excellent working relationships with both pupils and staff. Your role will be to support pupils with a broad range of SEN requirements, encouraging each individual child to reach their full potential, engaging, motivating and challenging them. You will support the class teacher, assisting small groups of children and sometimes working on a 1:1 basis. You will follow educational plans and will record each child's learning journey.
You must have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent for your application to be considered and experience of working with SEN.
