Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Enfield seek two SEN Teaching Assistants with autism experience. These SEN Teaching Assistant positions are long term and due to start in January 2019.

Are you a committed and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant, with experience supporting students with autism? Maybe you have personal experience supporting a child with autism and looking for a career within a school environment? Are you looking to join a supportive and inclusive team? LTS are recruiting on behalf of a SEN School in Enfield, who are looking for two full time SEN Teaching Assistants with bags of initiative and enthusiasm to join their team.

This SEN school caters for puplis aged 11yrs-19yrs with autism. The school recognise it is the quality of the staff that sets them apart and therefore, staff development and well-being is a priority. There are fantastic progression opportunities within the school, with a variety of training courses on offer. The school are keen to invest in their staff, therefore it would be the perfect environment for a SEN Teaching Assistant looking to looking to progress their career within a supportive and positive environment!

These challenging, yet exceptionally rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant roles would suit candidates with:

- Experience supporting children or young adults with autism (either in a school environment or personal experience)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude

The SEN Teaching Assistant positions are full-time (M-F, term time only) and long term.
