SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity - Join an exceptional Southwark Secondary School, South Central London - Start February 2018

This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about SEN and improving the educational outcomes for pupils with learning difficulties.

ROLE: SEN Teaching Assistant / Seocndary SEN Teaching Assistant

LOCATION: Central Southwark, South London

TRANSPORT: ZONE 1 Northern and Jubilee line location!

START: February 2018, Long term until the end of the academic year

PAY: £70 - £90 per

This incredibly impressive, well-resourced and well ran Secondary school requires an SEN Teaching Assistant to support on the SEN department within the classroom. One pupil has Autism and the other pupil has Global Delay Syndrome. You will provide key support in their respective classes aswell as well as working with them individually outside the classroom, assisting them with key areas they need to improve on such as literacy, numeracy etc.

Their distinctive approach to learning with creative arts at its core, helps their children to excel in all areas. They have a fantastic Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator who is highly efficient and experienced. She will be on hand to instruct and guide you to ensure these pupils needs are being met.

Situated in a central ZONE 1 Southwark location, they can be reached within easy walking distance from both Northern and Jubilee lines aswell as Southern, Thameslink and Southeastern over ground services.
