A primary school in Birmingahm seek a Teaching Assistant to work full time with statemented children on a one to one basis. You must have previous experience of working with children who have a statement. Be an approachable person who builds trust and relationships well. Be able to understand the individual child's needs and be able to diffuse situations and make the learning environment a fun place to be. The position is to work with a child who has social and emotional difficulties. The role will be working within the classroom supporting the child and class teacher on a daily basis.
