SEN Teaching Assistant, Portsmouth, Immediate Start

Prospero Teaching are seeking Teaching Assistants who are experienced in SEN Support for a secondary school based in Portsmouth.

About the School & Contract:

**Secondary School, Key stages 3 & 4.
**Immediate start positions.
**Part time and Full time roles.
**Some 1:1 SEN Support.
**Both Day to Day and Contracts available.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:

**Have a strong background with SEN environment.
**Strong behavior management skills.
**Hold experience with secondary education.
**Have drive for pupil development and achievement.
**Show the ability to maintain class participation.

The SEN Teaching Assistant will need:

**To be a UK Residence or proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
**To provide two professional references (covering the last two years)
**An enhanced DBS certificate (child workforce only) or be willing to purchase one.
**UK Support experience and strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
