A vibrant SEN school in Peterborough is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their expanding team. This special school caters to students aged 7-19 years with learning difficulties and additional needs.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Peterborough, United Kingdom
Salary Range: £24,000 - £27,000 per year
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
Hours: 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday
Interview Date: 31st March, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special needs in their learning and development
• Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Help with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom activities

Requirements:

• Experience working with special needs students
• Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to supporting children’s education
