About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role
In this role you will have the full support of a SENCO who will act as your mentor and supervisor during your tenure. Part of your role will include supporting the class in an ad-hoc capacity, working in differing situations to build up your portfolio of skills and expertise. As well as general classroom support, you will be given pupils to work with on a 1:1 basis.
