Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant is to encourage students to remain on task and assist whenever necessary with lesson activities, following IEPs with the guidance of the Teacher. You will work very closely with the Teacher, following a primary model which ensures the pupils are offered consistency in terms of their support.

Students are studying GCSE and Btec courses and a vacancy for a teaching assistant has arisen due to an increase in pupil numbers.

This vacancy is offered on a temporary or temp-perm basis starting as soon as possible and moving onto a permanent contract working directly for the school from after Christmas - Jan 2020 for those candidates who are interested in this option.
