Person Specification
You will need to be a determined graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree and previous experience working with children who have special educational needs. You should have a true interest in education and strong literacy and numeracy skills.

About the Role
In this SEN Teaching Assistant position you will be working 1:1 to support the progression and development of a Year 4 boy with ASD who is working at a below typical level for his age group. He is a quiet and caring child with lots of potential who just needs focused support in class and around the school.
